We utilise latest technologies to achieve the most intelligent solutions surpassing our customer's expectations, engineering robust yet smart systems that integrate seamlessly into the facility and provide health benefits to workers and operatives for a more efficient workplace, and at times even improving quality control issues
Clean Air Environmental systems and solutions meet or exceed legislative standards for both dust control and collection. Filters, fans and cyclones available with ATEX rated options meaning potentially explosive and volatile products can be handled safely and they can also be built to comply with Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) where applicable. Other legislation our systems can comply with includes: • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)
• Environmental Protection Act (EPA) • HSG258 • EH40 • Safe Contractor • DW144 duct installations • Industry Best Practice • EPC (engineering procurement construction)A CLEAN AIR

Air pollution is the presence of high concentration of contamination, dust, smokes etc., in the general body of air man breaths.
Dust is defined as particulate matter as “any airborne finely divided solid or liquid material with a diameter smaller than 100 micrometres.” Dust and smoke are the two major components of particulate matter. Car emissions, chemicals from factories, dust, pollen and mould spores may be suspended as particles. Ozone, a gas, is a major part of air pollution in cities. When ozone forms air pollution, it’s also called smog. These materials come from various sources, such as, industrial processes, paved and unpaved roadways, construction and demolition sites, parking lots, storage piles, handling and transfer of materials, and open areas. Some air pollutants are poisonous. Inhaling them can increase the chances of health problems. In fact, dust when inhaled can increase breathing problems, damage lung tissue, and aggravate existing health problems. In addition to health concerns, dust generated from various activities can reduce visibility, resulting in accidents. Therefore, every federal Govt. has stringent regulations which require prevention, reduction and/or mitigation of dust emissions. Thus, prime sources of air pollution are the industrial activities or processes releasing large quantity of pollutants in the atmosphere. These pollutants are mainly:(a) Smoke comes out from various industries like, power plants, chemical plants, other manufacturing facilities, motor vehicles, etc.;
(b) Burning of wood, coal in furnaces and incinerators; (c) Gaseous pollutants from Oil refining industries; (d) Dust generated and thrown to general atmosphere by various industries such as cement plants, ore / stone crushing units, mining industries due to rock drilling & movements of mining machineries & blasting etc.; (e) Waste deposition for landfills which generate methane; (f) Toxic / germ / noxious gasses and fumes generated from military activities and explosives blasting in mines. (g) Manufacturing facilities such as metal workers, plastics industries, chemical plants, welding companies, automotive industries, aerospace industries pharmaceutical industries, food manufacturers and many moreKEY MESSAGES
SAFE AND EFFICIENT CLEAN AIR, INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS DESIGNED TO PROTECT PEOPLE AND THE PLANET FROM HARMFUL INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES FOR TODAY AND THE FUTURE.
The Directors of Clean Air Environmental Limited with over 60 years’ experience in concept design contract management and installations of the highest quality systems worldwide formed a new company to serve the UK bringing equipment in from all over Europe and the UK to ensure successful solutions are achieved every time,. Because we are independent and not tied to one manufacturer we can design the best systems that will meet our client’s exact needs, rather than specifying from one catalogue. From Concept to Conclusion Clean Air Environmental Limited offer clean air solutions that meet changing needs helping our customers maximise production efficiency, improve the workplace environment and reduce the overall environmental impact
The directors of the company have worked with all major manufacturers and are well known in the industry for innovation, concept design and consultancy. Health and Safety are our keywords in design and site installations using only the best Products, equipment and installation engineers available to meet our exact standards. `Only the best is good enough`
